No parties or functions are allowed at this villa. It is very noise sensitive and no bachelor groups allowed. Guests will be asked to vacate if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions. Booking confirmation is subject to owner approval.
In the event that your arrival times/plans change, and you arrive after 7pm, a cash payment of R400 must be paid directly to the person checking you into the property. The same applies for early departure should guests wish to check out before 7am.
