Silver Lining is a lovely four bedroom retreat, spread across three levels with an additional self-contained, two bed roomed cottage. The main house enjoys a well-manicured, shaded garden, which leads to the large front door. Entering on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom immediately to your left. This spacious guest room has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. Concertina glass doors open up onto a spacious patio. To your right of the entrance hall is the first living room, which opens up onto a sheltered, wind free patio boasting four luxurious day beds. This leads directly to the two bed roomed cottage. A central staircase inside the main house leads up to the second and third level bedrooms and living areas. On the second floor are a further three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (two en suite). The spacious main bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed as well as two patios and views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. The en-suite bathroom, with bath and generous shower provides plenty of natural light. The second bedroom, which has a double bed and built in cupboards, has its own dedicated bathroom (shower only) located directly opposite the bedroom. The third bedroom with a king-size bed opens up onto a spacious balcony. The en suite bathroom has a bath only. All four bedrooms have ample cupboard space.
On the top floor is an open plan kitchen, scullery, a dining room and a formal lounge with gas fireplace. A gorgeous dining room table with seating for up to ten overlooks the plunge pool with breath taking views. The outdoor deck is furnished with a 10-seater patio table.
The separate apartment sleeps four guests in two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en-suite; the main bedroom comes with a king size bed and second bedroom with two single beds without views. The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and dining area with seating for 6.
