Geneva Grace is exactly that - full of grace and generous well designed spaces. Its a double storey villa in Camps Bay with an air of Indian Ocean island style about it, which is quite unexpected as you enter through the garden gate and walk up the lush green lawns to the deep veranda and elegant shuttered facade.

Equally unexpected is the wonderful design feature of a central conservatory inside. Its clear glass reveals the mountain views behind and allows light to stream into the library.

Design throughout is in clean white and dusky olive green, real wood and leather. White finishes frame views of the ocean from the bedrooms and one bathroom. French doors lead to a library with leather-clad loungers and sky views. You'll find an outdoor seating area and large pool outside the full-quipped kitchen.

Three of the six bedrooms allow you to enjoy views of the ocean as you rest after a day on the beach or sightseeing. A Jacuzzi bath in the Master bedroom is always a feature Guests relish.

For entertaining you have a gas barbecue, 12 seater dining table outside for dining alfresco and butler permanently on call.

Lounge / Living areas - Off the entrance hall is a separate living room with comfy sofas, a cosy fireplace and plasma screen, and on the other side of the hall is a dining area with a 10-seater dining table.

Kitchen - This leads to the compact but well designed kitchen. Both the dining area and lounge lead out through double doors to the lush green garden and large blue pool.

Bedrooms - All the bedrooms have air conditioning and under floor heating but the large Victorian windows can be opened to let the sea breezes in. All three upstairs bedrooms are sea facing and overlook the verandah, garden and heated pool. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage, and has a Jacuzzi bath in the en-suite. Children will love the bunk (also with its own teeny television screen), and the double room at the end has views of the sea and Lion's Head. The other two bedrooms lead off the conservatory downstairs. Bathrooms have heated towel rails and under floor heating.

Out-doors - A state-of-the-art gas barbeque, a built-in outdoor fireplace and a heated Jacuzzi are the focus of the elevated entertaining area to the left of the verandah, where an all-white, 12-seater dining table invites alfresco dining under the shade of the umbrellas at breakfast or lunch, and by soft candlelight in the evenings.

The views from here at night as the bay lights up below are quite beautiful. A permanent butler is on call and Wi-Fi is throughout. Security is excellent and shutters offer additional reassurance, as well as allowing the sea breezes to flow in at night.

Parking - Parking for five cars is available: three in the garage and two off-street.
