AD-HOK LISTING SERVICE

• We would list your property on our main website,www.capsol.co.za 
• You would provide us with your seasonal advertised rates (or we could advise and assist you in this process)
• We would require professional high quality photographs and detailed description (or we could advise and assist you in this process)
• Once we start receiving  enquiries for your property, our experienced team of consultants would communicate between you and prospective guests, with the aim of procuring you the most suitable booking
• You would control the calendar and all aspects relating to the property, including guest relations
• Capsol would charge a percentage commission, deducted off the rate the guest pays, for all successful bookings we manage to secure

Most owners are familiar with this type of rental relationship and is generally utilized by owners wanting one or two rentals over a twelve month cycle (i.e. when they are away on holiday over the peak Dec month).

Turnkey365 , can supervise & manage all cleaning, maintenance, inventories and general month to month administration of your property, providing you with peace of mind and freeing up your time. We will also manage all guest relations, including check-in, check-out, guest liaison as well as same-day changeovers. This service is unfortunately not available on an ad-hok basis.
